Amy Elliott is an entrepreneur and instructor with over 15 years speaking and training experience. She is the instructor for Columbia Southern University’s Exceptional Service seminars and the former instructor for Faulkner State Community College’s Five Star Southern Hospitality certification program.
Her professional background includes, implementing a corporate university for a major rental management company, as well as marketing and management positions in healthcare, retail and hospitality, and corporate training for a national employment agency.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Athens State University. She is a graduate of the Disney Institute Quality Service program and Dale Carnegie Training. Amy is very passionate about helping others build relationships, improve communication skills, and provide exceptional service.
